Frequently asked questions about managing your Hang 5 Wash Club membership
Click the "Manage Membership" link on the website, then "Register Here." Enter your email, licence plate, and last 4 digits of your credit card. You'll receive a confirmation email with a registration link to set up your password.
Registered members can add and manage additional family cars, update credit card details, upgrade or downgrade their monthly plan, suspend payments, cancel membership, and reactivate membership.
Log into your account, navigate to "Manage Tags," scroll to "Additional Member Purchase," click the red "No" button to change it to green "Active," enter the licence plate number, and click "Save."
Additional vehicles cost $25 per month (per vehicle) and can only be added to monthly plans, not annual plans.
The system automatically retries charging your card daily for up to 20 days before auto-cancellation. You can update your payment information through the online portal or at the pay station.
Yes, you can change plans anytime. Price differences are prorated and credited or charged until your next renewal.
