Notification of Alleged Vehicle Damage

Use this form to submit a formal notification of alleged vehicle damage in accordance with Section 9 of our Car Wash Conditions of Entry.

Important Information

Timeframe Requirements

Notifications must be made before leaving the site or as soon as reasonably practicable on the same day of the wash. Late submissions may be declined.

Vehicle registration
Date and approximate time of wash
Clear photographs of the alleged damage

Written Submission Only

Verbal reports to on-site staff, social media messages, or third-party communications are not sufficient for assessment.

Please Note

On-site staff are not authorised to assess liability, approve repairs, or make compensation commitments. Submission of a notification does not imply acceptance of liability.
